Responsibilities 岗位职责
- Provide pre- and after- sales technical support to customers on R&S CMW/CMX/CMP series radio communication testers；向客户提供R&S CMW/CMX/CMP系列无线综测仪的售前和售后技术支持；
- Provide technical training to customers, develop training materials; 为用户提供技术培训，编写培训教材。

Qualifications 任职要求
-Bachelor degree or above in EE, Communication Engineering or related; 电子工程、通信工程或相关专业学士或以上学位；
-At least 1 year mobile terminal RF test experience, or fresh master degree graduates with related internship experience, experience in signaling and protocol is preferred; 至少1年手机终端射频测试经验，或具备相关实习经验的应届硕士毕业生，具备信令和协议经验的优先；
-Good understanding on LTE and 5G NR physical layer, protocol stack and RF measurements, experience in 5G mmW and OTA is preferred 对LTE和5G NR物理层、协议栈和射频测量有较深入了解, 具备5G 毫米波和OTA经验的优先；
-Software programming and instrument remote control knowledge is required; 需具备软件编程和仪器远程控制知识；
-Strong ability to learn new technologies; 很强的学习新技术的能力；
-Should like to travel extensively; 愿意出差；
-Fluent in oral and written English; 流利的英语口语和读写能力；
-Good interpersonal communication skill; 良好的人际沟通技巧；
-Proactive & team-work working attitude; 主动和团队合作的工作态度。
