Job description
1. Drives continuous improvement , kaizen activities and problem solving activities with Lean Manufacturing tools and processes.
2. Implement lean principles in the plant, organize and lead work shops for work standardization.
3. Lead continuous improvement projects on productivity and quality by using Lean tools to drive best cost and efficiency.
4. Lead product Line cell design and manufacturing process setup, SOP and line layout for NPD phase to ensure production on time.
5. Drive process standardization and improvements within the process to achieve higher levels of efficiency and effectiveness.

Functional skills
1. Major in Industrial engineering, and experienced on lean methodology and practice.
2. Minimum 5 years work experience.
3. Solid project management experience and change management experience.
4. Good team work and coordinate skill.
5. Fluent in both spoken and written English.
