• Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, or industrial field
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, ideally within a factory
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Priority for those having experience in toys and board game industry, with strong knowledge of printing and plastic injection
• The ability to multitask
• Good understanding of all financial aspects, especially P&L analysis
• Fluent in both English and mandarin (spoken and written)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills
