职位描述

岗位职责
带领区域售后服务团队,为客户提供机床及自动化方面及时、满意的售后服务和备件;
1, act as service hotline, provide immediate and proper response to service & spare parts demand from customer. Responsible for remote support, scheduling service engineers, organizing, monitoring and support the on-site service until customer demand is fulfilled.
作为服务热线,就客户的服务和备件需要进行及时响应,远程客户支持,负责安排现场服务工程师,协调、监督、支持整个现场服务过程,直至客户问题得到解决;
2, Technical & commercial support to field service engineers, arrange training to service engineers;
为现场服务工程师提供技术和商务方面的支持,安排工程师培训;
3, Responsible for the sales target of after-sales service and support spare parts sales team;
带领服务团队完成售后服务的销售指标,并支持备件销售团队;
4, Coordinate with relevant departments on different issues, such as sales support, exhibition support, detecting machine weak points / quality problems, providing continues improvement suggestions, spare-parts stock preparation, etc.
与相关部门协作处理各类问题,如销售支持、展会支持、设备设计或质量缺陷、提供改进意见、仓库备货等;
5, Other duties assigned by management.
上级交于的其他任务。

任职要求
1,Major in Mechanical /Mechatronics / CNC / Automation, University bachelor degree or above.
机械/机电/数控/自动化专业,大学专科以上学历;
2,Good at machine tool installation and repair, with strong technical ability in mechanical, electrical, CNC (Siemens 840DSL controller), hydraulic, pneumatic and automation aspects;
精通机床安装和维修,有较强的机械、电气、数控(西门子840DSL数控系统)、液压、气动方面的技术能力;
3,At lease 5 years working experience in CNC machine after-sales service and support, better if have experience in managerial role.
从事售后数控机床售后服务工作5年以上,如有团队管理经验优先;
4,Excellent English skill in speaking and writing, Good command of MS office.
熟练的英语书面、口语能力,熟练使用办公软件;
5,Strong communication, analytical & problem-solving skill. Team player, organized, self-motivated and customer oriented.
沟通能力强、擅于分析和解决问题;良好的团队合作及客户服务精神、组织力强、有上进心;
6,Willingness for unplanned overtime based on customer demands on weekend and public holiday;
根据客户的服务需求,有可能会发生周末及节假日加班;
7,Chinese and English resume be must.
