1. Develop scroll compressor Mid-Shell process machine, tooling, layout, material flow and quality control points according to capacity build up planning (Main process: Rolling / Welding / Forming / Punching / Calibration / Turning / Washing ). Setup Mid-Shell production line including machine purchasing, installation and qualification. Work out PFMEA/Control Plan/POKA YOKE/SOP, meet GB or GB/T requirement.
根据产能规划开发涡旋压缩机中壳工艺设备，工装，布局，物料流程和质量的控制(主要工艺:轧制/焊接/成型/冲孔/校准/车削/清洗)。建立中壳生产线，其中包括机器采购，安装和验收。制定PFMEA/Control Plan/POKA YOKE/SOP，满足GB或GB/T要求。
2. Close work with related department to implement product or process changes. Follow change management process, ensure all changes qualified on time and not impact product quality.
与相关部门紧密合作，实施产品或工艺变更。遵循变更管理流程，确保所有变更及时合格且不影响产品质量。
3. Follow all departmental policies, procedures and processes. Generate, review and analyze shell process related reports, identify improvement opportunities and develop action plan.
遵守所有部门的政策、程序和流程。编制、审核和分析外壳工艺相关报告，识别改进机会并制定行动计划。
4. Follow safety and security policies and procedures.
遵守安全和安保政策和程序。
5. Interact, liaise relationship with other operational departments. Negotiate with vendors/contractors and monitor performance in order to ensure product quality and a smooth operation. Communicate with other BITZER subsidiaries in order to standardize the production process.
与其他运营部门保持联系和沟通。与供应商/承包商谈判，并监控其产品的性能，以确保产品的平稳运行。与比泽尔的其他子公司保持沟通及信息的传递，使生产流程标准化。
6. Prepare and submit project and annual budget to department manager according to company requirement. Control, monitor and report results on a regular basis in order to achieve budget targets.
根据公司要求，编制并提交项目预算和年度预算给部门经理。定期控制、监测和报告结果，以实现预算目标。

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Welding or Mechanics or related fields.
焊接或机械或相关专业本科以上学历。
2. Five (5) years welding process experience, preferably in Plasma / MAG / Resistance welding. Preferably in foreign enterprise.
5年以上焊接工艺经验，有等离子/ MAG /电阻焊接经验者优先。最好是外资企业的工作经验。
3. Knowledge of welding and metal forming technology. Knowledge of metal materials know-how.
熟悉焊接和金属成形技术以及金属材料的知识。
4. Basic English基础英语。
