1. Project Management
Be in charge of the overall project management,and play the role of main responsible person
Cost review and control according to the budget;
Prepare quotation and proposal
Coordinating multiple projects and reconciling the interdependencies among them
Providing strategic guidance to the company’s project managers
Facilitating communication among a program’s cross-functional team (internal functions and Customer)

2. Demand Management：
Monitor and keep follow up the latest customer demand change
Drive internal team for timely order confirmation with a great balance among customer requirements, confidence on can-do and demand level-loading.
Drive internal team on OTD and real time communicate with customer.

Requirements:
Technical education background (engineering)
Strong leadership attitude
At least three years relevant working experience in project management;
Good knowledge about project life cycle and project concepts;
Exceptional communications and relationship skills–spoken, written and in person,both Chinese & English;
Structured and attention to detail when working under pressure;
The ability to solve problems using a rational approach with strong ownership;
Action oriented, self motivated, known for high energy and productivity;
Able to deliver quality results with a challenging, positive, influential style;
Excellent coordination skill and teamwork spirit;
